What payment method does Hausstuff accept?

Payment methods that Hausstuff accept includes, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

We would like to improve our service and know what we missed out. If your preferred payment method is not on the list, please contact us and let us know.

What currency are the prices shown on your website?

All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

Does Hausstuff ship products outside of Australia?

Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at the moment. However, if you are interested in our products, feel free to send us a message with details through our email: hello@hausstuff.com.au. We will see what we can do. Please note that only order above $100 will be considered. Shipping cost will depend on the volume size and weight.

How much does the shipping cost?

We provide flat rate or FREE delivery depending on your order, so the more you buy, the more you save on shipping.

Can I pick up my order?

*Click & Collect is temporarily not available until further notice.*

Absolutely! We offer free pick up from our studio at 67 Pelham street, Carlton, Victoria 3053 between Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday) 10am-4pm by ARRANGEMENT only.

Please let us know your preferred collection date and time by filling up the 'Order special instruction' box in your cart and select 'Pick-up' in the checkout section.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are able to cancel or change your order only if your order has not been packed and ready to be collected by our delivery partner.

Please contact us immediately.

When will my order arrive?

Generally, all in stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after purchase.

The estimate transit time for our delivery partners are,

- 2-8* business days for most of the metro area

- 8-16* business days for rural/remotes destination

- 1-6* business days for Express shipping

*Delivery estimates can vary depending on the destination. Delivery to Western Australia & Northern Territory may be longer than the estimate times above.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details.

Can I place an order for out of stock item?

In most cases, you will be able to pre-order items that are out of stock. Please contact us and let us know which item you are interested in, we will let you know the ETA.

Please note that full payment is required for pre-order items.

Does Hausstuff have a physical store or a showroom?

No, Hausstuff operates as an online store only so we do not have a physical store or showroom. However, we have a studio, which is only available for orders pick-up.

If you require any assistance for ordering, feel free to contact us and we are happy to help.

Can I return a product?

Contact us If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs on your order are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on consumable items, sale items, gift packs, gift cards or items that have been damaged. Any applicable postage costs are at the expense of the customer.

Can I exchange a product?

For any reason that you would like to exchange a product that you have purchased, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.

My item arrived damaged. What can I do?

We inspect all our product to make sure everything is good before we carefully pack it and send it out.

However, if you receive a faulty, damaged item or if it doesn't match the description on our website, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We will review your case as soon as possible, if eligible, we will arrange a return and process a refund or exchange for defective items.
