Click & Collect

We offer free click & collect by ARRANGEMENT ONLY from our studio in 67 Pelham street, Carlton, VIC 3053 (Only 5 minutes walk from the Melbourne Museum).

Our collection times are from Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (Outside these times can be arranged upon request). In stock orders placed during business day before 12pm will usually be ready for same day pick up (within a few hours), otherwise it will be ready on the following business day. 

Please let us know your preferred collection date and time by filling up the 'Order special instructions" box in the cart and select 'Pick-up' in the checkout section. You will receive an email once your order is ready. 

Bulk Item Pick up

We highly recommend buyer to choose pick up option as the delivery method for order with bulk items. In order to encourage buyer to do so, we would like to offer a $25 coupon only if order with bulk items is being picked up from our studio. This offer does not apply to any pick up order without bulk item. Refer below for $25 coupon terms and conditions of use.

• Coupon will be sent to your email within 24 hours after collection of your order.
• Coupon can be claimed against all products only at Hausstuff store and cannot be combined with any other coupons.
• If you fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount.
• Coupon are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused coupon code will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
• If you return any products you have purchased using a coupon, the coupon code will no longer be valid and the portion will not be refunded.
• Hausstuff can vary or replace these conditions from time to time. Any existing coupon will not be affected by any change of conditions.
• Hausstuff reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
